Demonstrator
Demonstrator will be manufactured at the UNIFI facilities. One of the unit cell type investigated during the project was used to create an energy dissipation device for the seismic retrofitting of steel industrial facilities. The system will be realized by welding two printed samples of three unit cell each, inclined as required. Demo design and manufacturing will be analyzed by the UNIFI and UNIBO research groups.
